In this Masterclass, Simon Swa will take you through a journey across each of the Elephant Hill vineyards - SEA (Te Awanga), EARTH (Bridge Pa) and STONE (Gimblett Gravels) where you will discover the unique characteristics in each wine, from the environment, soils and air it’s grown upon.
